Optimized Compressor Height

By pressing both the main and lower frames a vertical axis is created which improves alignment and efficiency by minimizing resistance.

Height is optimized and weight is reduced by pressing the lower frame into the shell body and then welding.

Gas Force Mechanism

Tip seal mechanism can be disadvantageous to gas force mechanism due to potential leakage that can occur through tip seal clearance. Gas force mechanism utilizes intermediate pressure to seal scroll set and minimize leakage, thus making it possible to design a high efficiency compressor.

New restarting Mechanism

Relief path on the orbit scroll improves compressor restart function by allowing trapped intermediate pressure gas to quickly escape when the compressor comes to a stop.
